Early registration is expected to open at the beginning of March; regular registration will open at the beginning of April

Each congregation is allowed two voting members to attend assembly. In addition, each congregation may send a youth (14-17)/young adult member (18-30) and an individual who is a person of color, or whose first language is not English.
